This policy covers the shopnseo.ru site. It's written to be read, not skimmed past.
What we collect
- Account data. When you register a dashboard account, we store the username and email you provide, plus a hash of your password (never the password itself).
- Session cookies. The site sets technical cookies for login sessions and form protection (CSRF). There are no ad trackers on the site.
- Server logs. Like any site, our servers keep standard access logs (IP address, page requested, time) — for security and diagnostics.
How we use it
Your email is used for the account confirmation email and password recovery — nothing else. We don't send unsolicited marketing, and we don't sell or share your data with anyone.
What you can do
You can change your profile data in the dashboard at any time. To delete your account and its data, write to info@shopnseo.ru from your registered address — we delete on request, no quiz required.
Independent community servers
Organizations also install the Shopnseo platform on their own infrastructure, at the Server tier, within their own perimeter. That kind of installation is run by the organization itself, which is also responsible for its users' data. This policy covers shopnseo.ru only.
